About our academy

Twenty-five years, two thousand players, one simple belief: kids who love practice become players who love the game.

Our Story

Built by coaches, backed by families

Grand Slam Juniors started in 2000 with two borrowed fields, fourteen kids, and a bag of taped-up baseballs. Today we run our own six-field complex in Austin, partner with eleven schools, and field thirty junior league teams every season.

What never changed is the ratio: no more than eight players per coach, every session planned in writing, and every child — from shy first-timer to travel-ball hopeful — getting real reps and real feedback.

  • Certified, background-checked coaches at every session
  • Maximum 8 players per coach, grouped by age and level
  • Six maintained fields, batting cages, and video review room
  • Scholarship places in every class for families who need them
